Lisa Martinson, MA

A former Higher Education Administrator turned Arts Administrator, Lisa (she/hers) has worked with a plethora of art organizations and universities around the country including University of South Dakota, Miami City Ballet, Walnut Hill School for The Arts, University of Georgia, Metro Arts: Nashville, Vanderbilt University, American Folk Art Museum, Minnesota State Arts Board, Minnesota Orchestra and University of Minnesota.

In addition to working with art organizations and universities, Lisa has coached countless individuals who were facing the same question, “What’s next?” and “Where do I go from here?”. Lisa’s approach to coaching is to lean into each individual’s creativity and use that as a catalyst in creating opportunities that have brought clarity, motivation, and self-discovery.

Lisa holds a Bachelors of Science degree from South Dakota State University, a Masters of Arts specializing in Adult and Higher Education and Native American Studies from University of South Dakota.

As an avid researcher, she looks for opportunities to expand her understanding of individual development as it relates to creativity and loves to share her discoveries with others.
